How do we meet your expectations

We focus on providing a service that meets and exceeds client expectations. This is the most important element in developing a long term and mutually beneficial relationship with our clients.

Our initial visit to a client's premises provides the opportunity to discuss their requirements and budget, deliver advice and, from there, develop a customised cleaning specification for the client.

The cleaning specification is an essential element of our service. It defines both the client's expectations and the level of performance that AMG Services is required to deliver. It also provides the basis for on-going monitoring of service, ensuring that we meet our responsibilities to the client.

What's in the specification?

The specification details the tasks required to meet the client's precise requirements, together with the frequency of each task. i.e daily, weekly or monthly.

In addition the staffing levels, supervision, equipment and materials needed to carry out the tasks are documented.

What can you expect from us?

Put simply, we aim to establish and maintain a consistently high standard of service on our commercial cleaning contracts. To achieve this, we focus on:

100% reliability

Clients expect their premises to be cleaned at agreed times and frequencies. It's our responsibility to meet this simple requirement, so each of our supervisors maintains a pool of stand-by cleaners to assist them when another cleaner is absent.

a high and on-going standard of cleaning

Integral to every contract is regular supervision of our cleaners' work. This is a paramount importance to ensure that our service is delivered according to specification

value for money

We don't compete for contracts on price alone. Whilst our prices are keenly competitive, they take into account all essential costs (including supervision), ensure that our cleaners are paid a fair rate for their work and provide for regular site checks by the Customer Service team as part of Customer Care programme.
